Use this form to submit reservations for the Grand Canyon Railroad tours departing from Williams, Arizona.

YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THE TOUR. Your reservation is not considered confirmed until we have successfully processed your request. Submitting a form does NOT guarantee a reservation as all tours are subject to availability.

Your email address is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell your address or allow any third party to use the information for unsolicited bulk email (junk mail). Because all information will be sent to you via email, please use an account you check regularly. If you do not hear from us within 72 hours, this means there is a problem with your address and you will need to contact us again at reservations@canyon-country.com.

After receipt of your request, we will forward an email acknowledging receipt of your form. Once your reservation is processed, we will forward a formal confirmation to you, along with directions to the tour departure point, contact telephone numbers and any other information you may need.

We do not accept reservations for travel with a departure within three days because it is likely you are travelling.

CANCELLATION POLICY:For packages: cancellation must made 72 hours prior to arrival date. CANCELLATION MUST BE CALLED INTO GRAND CANYON RAILWAY. Sending an email to us does not constitute a cancellation.. If you must cancel your reservation, you may receive a full refund of the payment provided you cancel the reservation and obtain a cancellation number at least 72 hours (3-days) prior to the date of travel. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the date of travel will be non-refundable and your payment will be forfeited. Reservations booked within 72 hours are immediately non-refundable. Tickets must be picked up a minimum of 30 minutes prior to the scheduled train departure from the Grand Canyon Railway Depot in Williams, AZ. We recommend picking up tickets at least 1 hour before departure. Grand Canyon Railway tickets are non-transferable and the person picking up the tickets must match the name on the reservation (photo identification will be required for pickup). Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date will result in cancellation of your reservation and forfeiture of your deposit.

Grand Canyon Railways and Canyon Country Online assume no responsibility for lost or stolen tickets or for passengers who have missed their scheduled train. Paper tickets are not issued for online reservations, you will be sent a confirmation number via email to present at the train depot..
