Your reservation is not considered confirmed until we have successfully processed your request. Submitting a form does NOT guarantee a reservation as all tours are subject to availability.
Your email address is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell your address or allow any third party to use the information for unsolicited bulk email (junk mail). Because all information will be sent to you via email, please use an account you check regularly. If you do not hear from us within 72 hours, this means there is a problem with your address and you will need to contact us again at firstname.lastname@example.org.
After receipt of your request, we will forward an email acknowledging receipt of your form. Once your reservation is processed, we will forward a formal confirmation to you, along with directions to the tour departure point, contact telephone numbers and any other information you may need.
We do not accept reservations for travel with a departure within three days because it is likely you are travelling.
CANCELLATION POLICY: For packages: cancellation must made by 6 p.m. MST the day prior to arrival date, except the Canyon Railway Express package, which requires two day’s notice. A $5 per passenger cancellation fee will be charged. You may reschedule up to one year later. All packages which include an overnight at the Maswik Lodge must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival.
